In the last decade, my work has affected positive change by leading the way forward and being the first mover of a new way of thinking about and doing African agriculture. I founded Agro Mindset Group, a mission-driven firm specializing in agribusiness ventures and has been a major investor in the development of the African youth and the private sector.

This work has earned me multiple awards and global recognition including The FORBES AFRICA 30 under 30 class of 2016, The Agriculture Laureate and Rising Star from The International Perspective for Policy & Governance with The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) at the Impact Africa, Achiever Awards for Agriculture Excellence (South Africa), The Future Awards for Agriculture (Nigeria), GUBA for recognition of Innovation and Best Practice in Corporate Sustainability (UK) and the Ghana Top 30 Under 30 amongst others.

I built competence in managing people and leading change. Demands of the 21st century equipped me to own a strong command in Information Technology. Since my early years, I have always been keen on observing and contemplating various problems. Over time, I fostered a mindset centered around recognizing opportunities and taking initiative; with a keen can-do and will-do bias. This mindset greatly influenced me, igniting a deep passion for continuous self-improvement and driving progress in everything I encounter.
